The cell phone companies haven’t always made it easy to look up cell numbers. They’ve consistently kept cell numbers unlisted and have fought to leave them that way. That may protect their subscribers, but it isn’t always best for the general public. They made their own databases and put them all online so that anyone in the general public with internet access could perform a reverse look up if they needed to. Check out the site you’re thinking of using. Do they allow you to try before you buy? Can you put in a number and see if they have the info you need before you pay them? If so, you know that the site has what you need and is worth your time and money. If not, you know that you need to look for another site to use.
